We have all of our patients seen on an appointment basis. While we respect your time, occasionally we are behind schedule and will advise you appropriately. We will make every effort to keep your wait as short as possible. Please remember to allow for unpredictable traffic and give yourself a few minutes to spare. Patients who are running late please call us.
We understand that on occasion cancellations are necessary, particularly due to illness. Please remember though that each appointment time is exclusively for you and without adequate notice to fill the broken appointment, another patient may be denied timely dental care. We request that two full business days notice is given for changes in appointments. Please try to keep these appointments and work your schedule around them.
We incorporate some time in our daily schedule for patients with urgent needs. Please call us as early as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you on a same-day basis.
